DAQ piston seals are designed for fast-speed and high-pressure working conditions where pressure retention is necessary. They are recommended for use in double-acting pistons, piston-type energy storage systems, supporting cylinders, and positional cylinders.DAQ piston seals offer double safety with low friction and high elasticity, providing excellent dynamic and static sealing performance. They can accommodate larger extrusion clearances while effectively holding pressure, resulting in minimal leakage in hydraulic cylinders. With a simple groove design and small installation space, they exhibit excellent sliding performance and are free from crawling phenomenon.
Design Description:
The DAQ piston seal is a double-acting seal, also ptfe seals,with a PTFE sealing ring and a star-shaped ring responsible for dynamic sealing, while an O-ring provides static sealing.
DAQ Piston Seal Materials:
Sealing ring: F-PTFE
O-ring: nitrile rubber or fluoroelastomer
Star-shaped ring: nitrile rubber (NBR) or fluoroelastomer (FKM)
Application Range:
It is used in machine tools, presses, accumulators, stabilizers, and heavy-duty suspension cylinders and other widely range equipment.
